◆ Mixing of 6mm anhydrous polypropylene fibers ◆

Polypropylene fibers can be mixed with other dry materials to produce dry mixed mortar, but it must be thoroughly and evenly mixed. It is recommended to mix the polypropylene fibers and powder in batches before adding aggregates for mixing and stirring during production. If there are fibers that are not dispersed, the mixing time can be appropriately extended. When mixing polypropylene fiber mortar with water, it is usually necessary to inject the required amount of mixing water into a suitable container, and then add powdered dry mixture while stirring. Mechanical mixing is recommended for mortar mixing.

◆ Packaging And Storage ◆

Standard packaging: 20kg/pack (divided into 20 small packs, each pack weighs 1kg). If there are special requirements, other types of packaging can also be provided. The basic principle is to recommend storing the anhydrous polypropylene fiber of Zhimeitang indoors in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight, and keeping it away from light and heat sources. It is strictly prohibited to stack corrosive chemicals together. From the date of production, the storage period is 18 months.
